Second Candidate Forum Scheduled for Waukesha County Judge Race

Carroll University hosting election forum on March 28.

The two Waukesha County judge candidates that are seeking election April 5 to the branch 4 seat in the Waukesha County Circuit Court will appear in a forum from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. March 28 at Carroll University.

The forum is the second one that incumbent Judge Kathleen Stilling, who was appointed by Gov. Jim Doyle in 2010, and Assistant District Attorney Lloyd Carter will participate in. The two candidates are appearing in

The Carroll University forum will be held in the Humphrey Memorial Chapel, 238 N. East Ave., is free and is open to the public.

The forum is sponsored by the Carroll University Pre-Law Society, a student organization, according to a Carroll University news release. Lilly Goren, professor of politics, is the moderator. Students in the Pre-Law Society and in Goren's Public Policy class will collect written questions from the audience, according to the news release.
