Snow might be in the forecast for Monday, April 14, but road construction is also in the works.
Utility and road work begins Monday, April 14, on North Hartwell Avenue from Arcadian Avenue to East Main Street, as well as on Arcadian Avenue. The project is expected to end in September.
The road will be closed to through traffic but there will be access to area businesses.
