Representative Neylon Receives Committee Assignments

The newly appointed state representative will serve on a number of committees that include State Affairs, Assembly Government Operations and more.

Representative Adam Neylon (R-Pewaukee) received his committee assignments.

Neylon has been assigned to the Assembly Government Operations and State Licensing, Energy and Utilities, State Affairs, Children and Families, and State Supported Programs committees.

“I’m excited at the opportunity to work on issues that my constituents care about in committee," Neylon said in a release. "Right now, my main goal for the session is to bring jobs to the 98th District and these committee assignments give me a great chance at making that goal a reality. I will bring both my private and public sector experience to these committees and will work to improve Wisconsin’s economic climate by reforming state government.”

Neylon won the special Republican election for the 98th Assembly District earlier this month. The 28-year-old Republican defeated four other Republicans in February's primary in a close election between Neylon and retired Pewaukee Police Chief Ed Baumann.
