Report: Apartment Building Project on Hold

The Kendal Lofts development is stalled due to sale of property, according to Waukesha Now article.

Plans for a 42-unit apartment building may have come to a halt because of issues with the sale of the property. A property owner on the west end of downtown Waukesha that would have to sell the property in order to make Kendal Lofts a reality has withdrawn from the sales agreement, according to an article in Waukesha Now.

The Waukesha Plan Commission approved the project in mid-December

The four-story building had apartment units on the top three floors with parking located on the first level. The building was proposed for 456 W. Main St.
