Waukesha Board of Zoning Appeals

1) THE APPEAL OF DONALD BERES for a variance from Section 22.25(7)(a) of the Zoning Code. If granted, the variance would allow a shed to be placed in the rear street yard of the house at 1856 Jeffery Lane, which would be 15 feet from the Bluemound Road lot line instead of the minimum allowed 35 feet.
2)    APPROVAL OF MINUTES for July 11, 2011.
