COLETTA CBRF REQUEST – SPACING – A request from Tri Star Living and St. Coletta of Wisconsin to consider approving a special exception (conditional use permit) to allow a single family home licensed by the State as a Community Based Residential Facility for developmentally disabled, on lot 20 in the Welsh Oaks subdivision, which would not meet the 2,500 foot spacing requirement. 4. SPECIAL EXCEPTION (CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT) – ST. COLETTA CBRF REQUEST – DENSITY – A request from Tri Star Living and St. Coletta of Wisconsin to consider approving a special exception (conditional use permit) to allow a single family home licensed by the State as a Community Based Residential Facility for developmentally disabled, on lot 306 in the Rolling Ridge subdivision, which would exceed the capacity of community living arrangements in Aldermanic District No. 14. REZONING – PERKINS STREET APARTMENTS – A request from the Waukesha Housing Authority to consider rezoning approximately 0.56 acres of land from Rm-1 Mixed Residential to Rm-3 Multi-Family Residential located at the northwest corner of the E. 6. SITE PLAN AND ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW – PERKINS STREET APARTMENTS – A request from the Waukesha Housing Authority to consider approving preliminary plans for a new 16-Unit apartment building on the northwest corner of the E. Main Street and Perkins Avenue intersection. DOUG (3-C-15) [C-2]
7. SITE PLAN AND ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW – 212 W. NORTH STREET – A request from Lexington Homes Inc. to consider approving final plans for a 30-unit apartment building to be constructed at 212 W. North Street. Previously discussed July 13, 2011. MIKE    (4-D-6) [F-1]
