Phil Esche, Neighbor

Esche is running against Richard Badke and Andy Reiland to replace the current Alderman Rick Tortomasi, who is stepping down.  The primary election is the only one for Alderman in the City of Waukesha, with the top two voter getters advancing to the general election in April on the 5th.
