Esche, Reiland Advance in Spring Primary
Retired building inspector defeated in primary election.
If Tuesday’s primary election is any indication, voters can expect a close race in April between Phil Esche and Andy Reiland.
Esche received 258 votes in the primary election and Reiland received 236 votes.
Retired city building inspector Richard Badke received 47 votes.

Whoever is elected in April will replace i on the Common Council. Tortomasi is not seeking re-election due to time commitments at work.
