Woman with 16 Pending Felony Charges Tacks On One More
Woman who was charged in January for drunken driving crash on Highway 67 caught walking drunk on Center Road Saturday morning, according to criminal complaint.
A Waukesha woman with 16 pending felony and two misdemeanor charges against her is facing another felony charge after police found her walking home drunk early Saturday morning on Center Road, the criminal complaint states.
According to the criminal complaint, Lisa A. Lund, 54, was seen by police walking down the road at 2:24 a.m. despite the fact there was a sidewalk. Lund, who was staggering at the time, told officers she was walking home after taking a taxi to the bar because she didn’t have money to pay for another cab ride home.
In order for her to have gotten home, Lund would have needed to walk more than 1.5 miles from where police found her and would have to cross Highway 59, the complaint states. Her blood alcohol level was measured at 0.31 percent at the time of the incident, the complaint states.

Lund was free on $4,500 cash bail after she was involved with an accident in last October where she is accused of injuring people while driving drunk.
She’s charged with one count of felony bail jumping and faces up to six years in prison for her most recent incident.
