Woman Charged in Pellet Gun Incident
Suspect was upset with her boyfriend for hanging out with other people and brought a pellet gun to an argument with him, according to the criminal complaint.
An 18-year-old Waukesha woman is facing charges after she got into an argument with her boyfriend Friday and , according to a criminal complaint.
Jessica N. Kaiser was charged in Monday with one count of disorderly conduct domestic abuse and one count of disorderly conduct. If convicted, she faces up to six months in prison and $2,000 in fines.
According to the criminal complaint, Kaiser got into an argument Friday in front of their apartment in the 1300 block of South West Avenue because she was upset with him for hanging out with one of his friends who she didn’t care for. The friend, and another woman were in a car across the street during the argument and Kaiser brought a black pellet gun outside, which she then began to waive around.

Kaiser yelled at the people in the car and shot several times at the woman, but didn’t hit her, the complaint states. Kaiser told police the gun wasn’t loaded at the time of the incident, according to the complaint.
She was being held in Waukesha County Jail Monday on $300 cash bond.
