Woman Charged After Yelling At Rescue Personnel
Suspect tried kicking one worker while they were taking her to the hospital on a gurney, according to criminal complaint.
A Waukesha woman was charged last week after she was accused of cussing at rescue workers trying to help her.
According to the criminal complaint filed in :
On Sept 10, officers were called to a residence in the 300 block of East Main Street after someone spotted Deborah A. Hart, 58, where she was passed out in the doorway of her home and was lying partly on the porch.

While rescue personnel was trying to help Hart — who smelled of intoxicants and had slurred speech — began yelling at them and called them “punks” and then tried to kick one of them while being taken off on a gurney.
After being taken to the Waukesha Memorial Hospital, she began to yell profanities at personnel there.

Hart was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Oct. 3 with two counts of disorderly conduct. If convicted, she faces up to six months in prison and $2,000 in fines.
