At 2:49 p.m. June 20, police were called to a home in the 100 block of West Sunset Drive after Warchol’s car left the road and crashed into a tree and came to a stop. After they arrived, she told police someone had rear ended her car and pushed her off the road. However, proper damage wasn’t present on the rear of the car to prove she was hit from behind.

Police then searched Warchol and found marijuana, a pipe for smoking marijuana, painkiller pills and a baggie of cocaine.
