A 24-year-old Waukesha man is in critical condition after being shot by police after he stabbed a Culver's manager in the head during a robbery in Jackson, WISN 12 News is reporting.
The man had entered the restaurant Monday morning with a shotgun and a mask, WISN 12 News is reporting.
