A witness told police that three men pointed a gun at another man, and when the witness turned around he saw another man lying on the ground. The witness did not hear any gunshots fired and said the three men walked away. They were last seen heading west on Williams Street.

Officers on the scene said the man lying on the ground wasn't injured but was "very" intoxicated and uncooperative with police.
