West Allis Man Charged With Sex With Underage Girl in Waukesha

A 22-year-old West Allis man is facing two felony charges after he was allegedly caught by police having sex with an underage girl in a Waukesha parking lot.

Jose A. Ferrer was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Thursday with one count of sexual assault of a child under 16 years old, one count of sex with an underage child and one count of possession of child pornography after he was discovered with the girl in February. If convicted, he faces up to 65 years in prison and $210,000 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint, officers were called to a Waukesha high school after Ferrer was seen in the parking lot of a Waukesha high school and upon investigating the incident officers found out he had left the school with a girl.

The vehicle was soon discovered in a nearby parking lot where Ferrer was seen having sex with the girl. Officers also discovered numerous lewd photos of the girl on his cell phone, the criminal complaint states.

The girl told officers the two had sex on many occasions often in parking lots of Waukesha businesses.

Ferrer is currently being held in Waukesha County Jail on $10,000 cash bail.
