A Milwaukee police officer on patrol on East Brady Street near North Arlington Place when Delker came driving toward the squad, crossed the center line and nearly hit the cop. The officer turned sharply to the right and had to pull onto the sidewalk to avoid Delker’s car.

Delker had slurred speech and was unable to focus while talking to the officer, raising suspicions she was drunk. She was then taken in for a blood alcohol test.

Delker was previously convicted of OWI in 2008 and 2011. She will make her initial appearance Tuesday.
