Waukesha Sex Offender Released to Home on Main St.

Jack A. Herman, 43, is convicted of sexual assaults that occurred in 1994.

A 43-year-old sex offender who assaulted teen female acquaintances will live at 1100 E. Main St., #5, according to a news release from the Waukesha Police Department.

Jack A. Herman is convicted of four counts of sexual assault of a child under age 16 in 1994, online court records indicate.

Herman is 5 feet and 11 inches tall with sandy hair. He weighs 202 pounds and has blue eyes. Physical markings include a pierced left ear and several tattoos, including a pitchfork, several hearts and crosses and a flaming skull.

He will be a life registrant with the sex offender registry and will be submitting to face-to-face registration with law enforcement.  He is to have no unsupervised contact with minors, no taverns/bars/liquor stores, no contact with victim and not to purchase/possess or consume alcohol or illegal drugs.  He is to comply with sex offender rules and will be on GPS  monitoring while under supervision.
