Prostitution Sting By Waukesha Police Nets Arrest of Milwaukee Woman

A Milwaukee woman whose online advertisement stated she was “a thick female looking to play with older men” and was “looking to fulfill your fantasies and fetishes and will leave with a smile and will want you coming back for more” was charged with prostitution Thursday in Waukesha County Circuit Court, according to a criminal complaint.

Letecia L. Espinosa, 25, was also charged with delivering cocaine. She faces up to 8-1/4 years in prison if convicted of the felony and misdemeanor charges.

According to the complaint:

Waukesha Police detectives working undercover with a female informant responded to an ad on backpage.com featuring an escort named “Alexia.” Authorities later identified the woman as Espinosa.

A male detective was texting Espinosa and said he wanted Alexis to join him and his girlfriend on his birthday for a sexual encounter. He also asked if she had heroin she could sell him, but she said she only sold cocaine.

The detective told the woman he would pay her $200 for the sex and $200 for the cocaine. They met at a Waukesha bar on Nov. 14 where they spoke about their plans for the sexual content.

As they were leaving the bar, other detectives took Espinosa into custody. When she was interviewed by police, she told them she need money for the holiday season and prostitution was just one of her “hustles.” The cocaine weighed in at 2.8 grams.

Espinosa’s first court appearance is scheduled for 8:15 a.m. Jan. 28.
