Waukesha Man Pleads Not Guilty to Drug-Related Homicide Charge

Leon Thomas returns to court April 21 in death 21-year-old woman

A 49-year-old Waukesha man who is charged with first-degree reckless homicide/delivering drugs and maintaining a drug trafficking place pleaded not guilty to the two felony charges on Friday in Waukesha County Circuit Court.

The man, Leon Thomas, remains jailed in lieu of $100,000 bail. He will return to court for a hearing at 8:30 a.m. April 21.

Thomas is facing the charges from 21-year-old Holly Reidy’s death. Reidy died Feb. 21, 2010, according to her obituary.  A Facebook page was created in Reidy’s honor where her friends still write messages to Reidy.
