Tully showed up at a friend’s house at 4:10 a.m. Oct. 15 wearing the Darth Vader mask and blaring loud music. He dropped off two sports jerseys for the residents of the home and began talking about his upcoming birthday and told the friend most people die when they turn 27.

The next day, police were called to Waukesha Memorial Hospital after Tully was there making threats about shooting people after his father took him there due to concerns he had about his wellbeing. Tully ran from the hospital and was later located at his residence in the 300 block of North East Avenue.

Inside the residence officers found marijuana and a glass pipe in plain view.

Tully will make his initial appearance in court on Monday. Tully was on bail from an incident this summer after he was arrested on during Freeman Friday Night Live.
