Ginger Brannon died Nov. 30 in the 500 block of West College Avenue.

Capt. Dennis Angle recently told Waukesha Patch the investigation into the woman’s death is ongoing and the police department has not forwarded any charges to the Waukesha County district attorney’s office.

The cause of death has not yet been determined, but Angle said the toxicology report showed Ginger Brannon was intoxicated at the time of her death.
