Waukesha Man Faces Numerous Charges for Heroin, Cocaine Sales

Suspect allegedly sold drugs to officers on several occasions.

A 23-year-old Waukesha man is facing numerous drug charges after he was busted by police selling cocaine and heroin to undercover officers in Waukesha.

Durrell M. Harris was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Monday with five counts of manufacturing and delivering less than one gram of cocaine, one count of possession with intent to deliver between five and 15 grams of cocaine, three counts of manufacturing and delivering heroin, one count of possession with intent to deliver cocaine and one count of maintaining a drug trafficking place. If convicted, he could face up to 105 years in prison and $285,000 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint, officers arranged several drug deals with Harris through confidential informants at locations in the city where he sold them both heroin and crack cocaine.

Harris was taken into custody after the last deal on June 10 and a search warrant was served on his residence in the 600 block of North East Street, where officers found $2,900 in cash and drugs in plastic baggies.

Harris is currently being held in Waukesha County Jail on $20,000 cash bond.
