Waukesha Man Charged with Sexually Assaulting His Sister

Victim told a counselor about the abuse, but her father told her to not report the incident, complaint states.

A 22-year-old Waukesha man is facing charged after he allegedly sexually assaulted his sister on numerous occasions when she was between 5 and 7 years old.

The suspect, who isn’t being named by Patch in order to protect the identity of the victim, is charged in with assaulting his sister on multiple occasions between 2000 and 2002 while he would babysit for her.

The victim recently told a counselor about the abuse, who told her the incidents needed to be reported. However, the complaint states her father told her not to report it and said she needed to start seeing a new counselor.

The suspect is charged with one count of sexual assault of a child under 13 years old and faces up to 60 years in prison.
