Waukesha Man Charged with Failing to Pay Child Support

Timothy White faces up to 38 years in prison.

A 41-year-old Waukesha man made his initial appearance in Waukesha County Circuit Court Friday on 11 counts of failing to pay child support.

Timothy R. White is facing up to 38 years in prison and $110,000 in fines for allegedly failing to pay child support from February 2007 to November 2010.

According to the criminal complaint, White was ordered by a circuit court judge in 1998 to pay $270 per month in child support and was making fairly consistent payments until January 2007.

White is currently being held in Waukesha County Jail on $4,999 cash bond.
