A police investigator recently looking into peer-to-peer file sharing noticed several child pornographic images being sent to a Limewire account coming from an IP address listed in the 2400 block of Springdale Road.

When police arrived at the residence, a couple who live at the address said they didn’t download the images, but Ragsdale lives with them and had access to the Internet with his own computer. Police then searched Ragsdale’s computer where they found 96 images and 77 videos of child pornography.
