Waukesha Man Caught in Milwaukee Carrying 2 Dozen Pills
Suspect, who is a member of a gang, told police he was bringing the pills back to Waukesha in order to sell them to another man, according to complaint.
A 22-year-old Waukesha man is facing felony charges after Milwaukee police discovered he was holding two dozen prescription pills during a traffic stop.
Roberto Robles was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Thursday with one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. If convicted, he faces up to six years in prison and $10,000 in fines.

On Tuesday, Robles was in the back seat of a car pulled over by Milwaukee police in the 2500 block of South Austin Street when an officer asked him to get out of the car and spotted a pill sitting the seat where he just was.
Robles told police he had pills he just purchased from a friend he was intending to sell to another man in Waukesha.

He told officers he’s a member of a street gang, but has not been as active lately because he was recently convicted of possession of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana. He’s currently being held in Milwaukee County Jail on $600 cash bail.
