Weber was pulled over at 1:38 a.m. Saturday near Rivera Drive and South Grand Avenue and the officer immediately noticed a strong odor of intoxicants coming from the car and that Weber had slurred speech.

Weber also admitted he was supposed to have an ignition interlock device installed in his car but didn’t. He performed several field sobriety tests, which he then failed, and had a blood alcohol level of 0.18 percent at the time of the incident.
