Suspect told officers they were just going to take him to jail, so he turned around and put his hands behind his back, complaint states.

A Waukesha man found himself back in jail after he allegedly got drunk and got into a fight with another man even though he was out of Waukesha County Jail on bail for other charges.

Craig D. Kurber, 39, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Tuesday with one count of felony bail jumping. If convicted, he faces up to six years in prison and $10,000 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint, at 6:47 p.m. Monday, officers were called to a residence in the 400 block of North Washington Avenue after someone reported two men fighting. Upon arriving, they found Kurber shirtless, with a black eye and some grass on his stomach.
