Waukesha Man Accused of Pulling Gun on Bouncer Faces Another Charge

Robles allegedly had marijuana on his possession when officers served a warrant for his arrest in February.

A 30-year-old Waukesha in March for on a bouncer at a Waukesha bar, is facing drug charges after officers allegedly discovered marijuana on him while serving a warrant.

Miguel A. Robles Jr. was charged in Waukesha County circuit Court Monday with one count of repeat possession of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana. If convicted, he faces up to three and a half years in prison and $10,000 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint, officers received a tip Robles, who is a convicted felon, was keeping two firearms in the basement area of an apartment complex in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue. While searching his name offices also discovered the Delavan Police Department had also issued a warrant for his arrest for a disorderly conduct charge.

An officer approached Robles outside of the apartment complex and found the marijuana on him while placing him under arrest, the complaint states.
