Waukesha County Detective Loses 253 Pounds on Extreme Weight Loss

Waukesha County Detective Bob Brenner’s inspiring year-long journey to lose more than 250 pounds wasn’t easy.

Brenner had to battle a severe knee injury throughout the Extreme Weight Loss program, only to beat trainer Chris Powell’s record for the most amount of pounds lost by a male client. A torn ACL and a torn meniscus didn’t stop him, even if he did have to change his training routine in order to fight his obesity.

“I am not going to stop what I am doing …. I am not going to allow my knees to get in the way,” Brenner said on the show.
