Disorderly conduct repeat offenders get sent to prison.

The following people were recently sentenced in Waukesha County Circuit Court for violations committed in Waukesha. All the people were arrested by the Waukesha Police Department. All information was found through the Wisconsin Consolidated Court Access.

Traffic/Forfeitures

  • Jose A. Jaimes, 41, of Waukesha, operating without a valid license, $330.50 (Judge Mark Gundrum)
  • South Star Logistics LLC, Milwaukee, vehicle equipment violations, $200.50 fine (Court Commissioner Martin Binn)
  • James A. Shanks, 33, of Wales, theft, $267.50 fine (Judge Mark Gundrum)

  • Damon L. Brown, 49, of Fond du Lac County Jail, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse, 90 days jail (gets credit for 112 days already served), $343 fine (Judge Mark Gundrum)

  • Kevin S. Stewart, 44, of Milwaukee, disorderly conduct-repeater, one year and one month in prison, 11 months of extended supervision (Judge Patrick Haughney)
  • Kenneth J. Sereno, 49, of Waukesha, operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration-third offense, five months in jail, driver’s license revoked for two years, $1,439 fine (Judge James Kieffer)
  • Heather M. Nelson, 24, of Greenfield, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse, $359.50, record to be expunged if no further law violations in two years (Judge William Domina)
  • John S. Deuchars, 56, of Sturtevant, resisting or obstructing officer, nine months in jail, (concurrent with current sentence), $243 fine (Judge William Domina)
  • Eddie D. Callaway, 25, of Waukesha, disorderly conduct-repeater, one year of probation, including $243 fine (Judge William Domina)
  • James A. Zingale, 45, of Waukesha, endangering safety with the use of a dangerous weapon, 30 days in jail, $243 fine (Judge James Kieffer)
