The following people were recently sentenced in Waukesha County Circuit Court for violations committed in Waukesha. All the people were arrested by the Waukesha Police Department. All information was found through the Wisconsin Consolidated Court Access.

Misdemeanors

• Damon L. Brown, 49, of Fond du Lac County Jail, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse, 90 days jail (gets credit for 112 days already served), $343 fine (Judge Mark Gundrum)
• Angela M. Ramirez, 24, of Waukesha, two counts of battery, 18 months of probation including 45 days in jail (25 days stayed), $1,957.87 fine (Judge James Kieffer)
• Jeffrey M. Adkins, 37, of Waukesha, operating while intoxicated-third offense, one year of probation, including six months in jail, $2,944 fine, 30 months driver’s license revoked. (Judge Patrick Haughney)
• Michael D. Palmore, 30, of Waukesha, disorderly conduct-repeater, one year and one day in prison followed by 11 months and 29 days of extended supervision (Judge Patrick Haughney)
• Jessica A. Lopez, 28, of Waukesha, operating while intoxicated-third offense, one year of probation, including 120 days in jail and $1,424 fine. Driver’s license revoked for three years (Judge Patrick Haughney)
• Kenneth M. Mischker, 50, of New Berlin, operating while intoxicated-third offense, one year of probation, including 80 days in jail (good time permitted), 24 months’ driver’s license revocation, $1,424 fine (Judge Patrick Haughney)
• Kevin S. Stewart, 44, of Milwaukee, disorderly conduct-repeater, one year and one month in prison, 11 months of extended supervision (Judge Patrick Haughney)
• Kenneth J. Sereno, 49, of Waukesha, operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration-third offense, five months in jail, driver’s license revoked for two years, $1,439 fine (Judge James Kieffer)
• Heather M. Nelson, 24, of Greenfield, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse, $359.50, record to be expunged if no further law violations in two years (Judge William Domina)
• John S. Deuchars, 56, of Sturtevant, resisting or obstructing officer, nine months in jail, (concurrent with current sentence), $243 fine (Judge William Domina)
• Eddie D. Callaway, 25, of Waukesha, disorderly conduct-repeater, one year of probation, including $243 fine (Judge William Domina)

• James A. Zingale, 45, of Waukesha, endangering safety with the use of a dangerous weapon, 30 days in jail, $243 fine (Judge James Kieffer)
• Hope K. Mayer, 22, of Muskego, operating while intoxicated-first offense-with passenger under age 16, five days in jail, one year driver’s license revocation, $1,124 fine (Judge James Kieffer)

• Mia L. Haines, 27, of Waukesha, misappropriate identity information-obtain money, three years of probation, including four months in jail, no contact with victims, $1,025.34 fine (Judge Patrick Haughney)
