Waukesha County Courthouse Round-Up – July 29 to Aug. 3

Recent sentences include prison for felony drunken driving case.

The following people were recently sentenced in for violations committed in Waukesha. All the people were arrested by the Waukesha Police Department. All information was found through the Wisconsin Consolidated Court Access.

Forfeitures

  • Enrique A. Cruz, 27, of Waukesha, disorderly conduct, $656.60 fine (Judge Patrick Haughney)
  • Matthew T. Syverson, 20, of Waukesha, possession of marijuana, $263.50 fine (Judge Patrick Haughney)
  • Darrell D. Stevens, 33, of Milwaukee, operate without carrying license, $225.80 fine (Judge William Domina)
  • Amanda L. DeLaPaz, 25, of Waukesha, failure to notify police of an accident, $215.50 (Judge James Kieffer)
  • Christopher R. Mesa, 40, of Waukesha, operate a commercial vehicle without a license, $520 fine (Judge James Kieffer)
  • Michelle A. Krueger, 25, of Pewaukee, operating while intoxicated, six months driver’s license revocation, $691.50 fine  (Court Commissioner Martin Binn)

  • Lilian Reyes, 22, of Waukesha, operating while intoxicated-second offense, license revoked for 14 months, one year of probation including 21 days in jail, $1,172 fine (Judge Patrick Haughney)
  • Kaitlyn M. Hrenak, 22, of Colgate, operating while intoxicated-second offense and tampering with or failure to install ignition interlock device, license revoked for 14 months, one year of probation, including seven days in jail and $1,692 fine (Judge William Domina)
  • Roger A. Logan, 23, of Waukesha, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse, nine months probation (Judge Mark Gundrum)
  • Robert C. Ballogh, 40, resides at Washington County Jail, possess illegally obtained prescription, disorderly conduct, two years of probation, restitution, $1,359.20 fine (Judge James Kieffer)
  • Michael E. Mings, 42, of Waukesha, operating while intoxicated-fourth offense, 33 months driver’s license revocation, 18 months of probation, including 90 days in jail and $2,450 fine (Judge William Domina)
  • Jamaal O. Thorn, 21, of Waukesha, two counts of graffiti and one count of disorderly conduct, two years of probation, including 25 hours of community service, $1,700 restitution, write apology letter, no gang affiliation, owes court $2,289 (Judge James Kieffer)
  • Leonard L. Hoehne, 36, of Waukesha, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, 18 months of probation, including $829 fine (Judge James Kieffer)
  • Francisco J. Chavez, 24, of Waukesha, bail jumping, two years of probation, including $243 fine. Also, disorderly conduct, two years of probation, including $100 fine (Judge James Kieffer)

Felonies

  • Loreto Perez, 35, of Waukesha, operating while intoxicated – fourth offense within five years of last violation, 36 months driver’s license revocation, one year in prison, two years of extended supervision, $3,540.50 fine (Judge James Kieffer)
