Waukesha County Court Roundup: June 24 to June 30

People were sentenced in Waukesha for forfeitures, criminal traffic, misdemeanor and felony violations.

The following people were sentenced in Waukesha County Circuit Court this week for violations committed in Waukesha. All the people were arrested by the Waukesha Police Department. All information was found through the Wisconsin Consolidated Court Access.

Misdemeanors

  • Deborah A. McBride, 55, of Waukesha, retail theft, one year of probation, including $253 fine (Judge William Domina)
  • Derrick S. Statham, 30, of Waukesha, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse, one year probation, including $343 fine (Judge Kathleen Stilling)
  • David A. Villarreal, 39, of Waukesha, possession of illegally obtained prescription drug, $912 fines and is to cooperate in testimony against co-defendants (Judge James Kieffer)
  • Nicholas M, Graefe, 31, of Waukesha, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse and bail jumping, two years of probation, including $586 fine (Judge James Kieffer)
  • Teresa R. Marx, 53, of Waukesha, three counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, two years of probation, including $3,623.55 in fines and restitution (Judge James Kieffer)
  • Ian M. Jeske, 26, of Waukesha, theft, case reopened June 24, six months jail (Judge James Kieffer)
  • Janessa J. Vasquez, 20, of Hartford, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse, one year of probation, $200 fine (record may be expunged upon completion of probation) (Judge William Domina)
  • Justin D. Plymesser, 22, of Waukesha, disorderly conduct, one year of probation, including $243 fine (Judge James Kieffer)
  • Adam R. Collins, 26, of Waterford, operating while intoxicated-second offense, 75 days jail, 45 days day report, 18 months license revocation, $1,313 fine (Judge Mark Gundrum)
  • Marquis S. Legister, 27, of Milwaukee, disorderly conduct, $287 fine (Judge William Domina)
  • Mark W. Tetzlaff, 53, of Waukesha, intimate victim/dissuade reporting-domestic abuse and disorderly conduct-domestic abuse, two years of probation, including $686 fine (Judge William Domina)

  • Salvador R. Hernandez, 40, of Waukesha, forgery, three years of probation, including 1,002.80 fine/restitution (Judge James Kieffer)
  • Anthony J. Strzykalski, 33, of East Troy, use computer to facilitate child sex crime, marijuana possession (misdemeanor) and possessing drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor), five years of probation, including one year in jail, register as a sex offender, $1,697.50 fine. (Judge Kathleen Stilling)
