Woman gets five years in prison for drug crimes.

The following people were recently sentenced in Waukesha County Circuit Court for violations committed in Waukesha. All the people were arrested by the Waukesha Police Department. All information was found through the Wisconsin Consolidated Court Access.

  • Angel M. Burgos, 29, of Milwaukee, disorderly conduct, $620 fine (Judge James Kieffer)

Felonies

  • Susan M. Smith, 46, of Waukesha, maintaining a drug trafficking place (as a party to a crime) and manufacturing/delivering narcotics, five years in prison, 8.5 years of extended supervision, $125 fine (Judge James Kieffer)
  • Marcus T. Purnell, 22, Fox Lake Correctional Facility, manufacturing/delivering cocaine, 3-1/2 years of prison followed by four years of extended supervision, $425 fine (Judge Mark Gundrum)
