In December, a woman with cerebral palsy living in the 400 block of Century Oak Drive contacted police after she noticed someone had taken four checks from her checkbook and written them out to Bryson. The total amount Bryson gained in the transactions was $2,400.

Police reviewed video footage of the transactions and saw Span at the scene and it was later determined Span had been at the victim’s home in November to provide assistance to the victim.
