On Sept. 14, Duncan agreed to sell $100 worth of cocaine to the informant in the parking lot of a Waukesha business. Duncan got into the passenger seat of the informant’s car and the two drove around the parking lot while the transaction took place.

On the same day, another informant also made a deal to purchase crack from Duncan behind a Waukesha residence. During that deal Piscitello met with the informant and did the transaction.

The next day Duncan agreed to sell more crack to an informant at a Waukesha business, but sent a 20-year-old girl to do the deal because his leg was “messed up.” The transaction took place without a hitch.

Duncan is currently being held in Waukesha County Jail on $25,000 cash bond. Piscitello is being held on $5,000 cash bail.
