Two Charged In Waukesha County Armed Robberies

Suspects admit to robbing two area gas stations along with others in the metro Milwaukee region.

Two men currently being held in the Milwaukee County Correctional Facility South are facing charges for two armed robberies of in Waukesha County.

Patrick G. Lynch, 52, and Jimmie L. Perkins, 31, were charged in County Circuit Court on Monday with four combined counts of armed robbery. If convicted, they each face up to 80 years in prison and $200,000 in fines.

On Aug. 26, Lynch went into Good-To-Go Citgo in Menomonee Falls wearing a hooded sweatshirt and a mask made out of a sleeve, showed a gun and demanded money from an employee. The employee told him she couldn’t open the register and called for the manager to come to the front, but the manager never showed up.

Eventually, Lynch demanded cigarettes, so the employee gave him three cartons and Lynch then fled the scene.

On Aug. 31, Lynch entered the on East Moreland Boulevard while and showed a gun and demanded money from the clerk. The employee complied and Lynch fled the store on foot.

Police conducted a DNA test of the mask found after the Menomonee Falls robbery and determined it contained DNA from both Perkins and Lynch.

While being interviewed at a later date by Milwaukee police, Lynch and Perkins admitted to robbing the gas stations along with other businesses in the metro Milwaukee area where Perkins would drive Lynch to the businesses. They also have robbery charges pending in Milwaukee and Ozaukee counties.

Both men remain in custody on $50,000 bail.
