Two Charged in July Burglaries in Waukesha
Suspects told police they broke into cars and houses in order to steal items so they could purchase heroin, according to criminal complaint.
A man and woman are facing a combined seven burglary counts for allegedly breaking into numerous homes and cars around Waukesha in July.
Jessica A. Carlson, 23, and Ross W. Weber, 22, were recenty charged in County Circuit Court with seven counts of burglary. If convicted, Carlson faces up to 37 ½ years in prison and Weber faces up to 75 years in prison.

Weber and Carlson broke into various cars and homes in Waukesha from July 7 to 13 where they stole a car stereo, camera, video game consoles, computers, DVDs and other items. On July 27, Weber was arrested and admitted to stealing the items.
Carlson told police she drove Weber around and they would steal from the homes in order to get money and buy heroin.
