Teen Had Sex With Two Minors and Gave Them STD's, Police Say

Police say a teen boy has a child with one girl, he got her pregnant again, and then gave both her and another girl an STD.

A Racine teenager is accused of having sex with two underage girls, having children with one of them and leaving both with a sexually transmitted disease.

Marquee J. Haynes, 17, was charged in Racine County Circuit Court Tuesday with one count of repeated sexual assault of a child and one count of second-degree sexual assault of a child. If convicted, he faces up to 50 years in prison and $200,000 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint, Sturtevant police officers interviewed a 15-year-old girl who said she’s 20 weeks pregnant for a second time with Haynes’ child. Their first baby was concieved, she said, when she was just 13 years old. Haynes told officers he didn’t know the girl’s age when he first got her pregnant, but he did give her chlamydia.

A 16-year-old girl was also interviewed by officers. They reported that she said she had sex with Haynes on multiple occasions when she was 14 years old. She said she also contacted Chlamydia from the encounters, but did not get pregnant.

Haynes is currently being held in Racine County Jail on $5,000 bond while awaiting trial.

you're right, let's not charge him - let's just allow him to spread his seed and his disease, i mean, the gene pool around here is already about as sick and effed as it can get and still be called human. fun fact - within the next 10 years racine will have a HUGE inbreeding problem as all these illegitimate thuglings start screwing eachother, not realizing they share fathers, cousins, blood relations with one another... here's the tagline: Incest - it's not just for trailer parks no mo!

unless you're still WITH the father of that child then no, you didn't know right from wrong... either A.) your idea of right is twisted (because popping out kids at 14 usually isn't RIGHT) or B.) you're a horrible judge of character (but at 13/14 most KIDS are). it's good you didn't let yourself become a total goober, but please, you didn't do things the RIGHT way, you did them ANOTHER way and then found a different way forward - big difference dear

Ur not thinking rational ..why should he be charged because u have a problem with reproduction..you really should evaluate the way you feel because your nasty attitude is part of the problem in Racine..First to say what should/ could be done n the first to block someone's chances of living a productive life style..

productive, or RE-productive? we charge 17 yr olds as adults all the time Joyce - sex crimes are still crimes, even if you don't want to admit it for some reason there's no mean-spiritedness meant, just a very surprised (albeit feigned) reaction to the fact that people want to stick up for a sexual predator - 17 or 70, if you prey on young kids who don't KNOW that their actions have consequences you should be punished. I can't believe you are all sticking up for a rapist child molester who spent more energy spreading the Clap than trying to be a "productive member of society"

actually, my attitude is the only thing keeping Racine from falling off into Lake Michigan, you don't have kids you can't afford, you don't have kids unless you have a stable home to raise them, you don't spread clap all over town, you don't have sex with 14 yr old girls, you don't knock a little kid up TWICE... should I go on with my "irrational" opinions Joyce, or do you want to correct me?
