Target Employee Charged with Stealing $4,400 From Cash Register
A 20-year-old Waukesha man, would press "request change" button and stuff money in his pants, complaint alleges.
A 20-year-old Waukesha man is facing charges after he allegedly stole $4,400 while working as a cashier at Target.
According to the criminal complaint filed in , from May 5-19, Andrew J. Faust stole the money while working at the store pressing the “request change” button on the cash register and then reaching in and putting money in his pocket.
Security guards at the store noticed Faust pressed the button on 18 different occasions and saw him stuff money in his pants while being watched by surveillance cameras, the complaint states.

Faust is charged with one count of theft valued at more than $2,500. If convicted, he faces up to 3 ½ years in prison and $10,000 in fines.
