Spiritual Bleach; Toddler on Tricycle Escapes to Candy; Indecent Exposure Incidents

Waukesha Police Department calls from Monday through Wednesday.

The following information was taken from the Waukesha Police Department's call log.

A Waukesha woman who believed a male neighbor is introducing bleach into her body spiritually had police contacted after it was reported she was shaking her fists at a person and slammed her door at 10:07 p.m. Monday in the 1300 block of East Moreland Boulevard.

The woman also believed she was being watched on cameras, which are being installed “everywhere,” by a person at the Waukesha County Courthouse named “The Juggler.”

While police tried to tell her these are “ideas” are not likely happening, she insisted she believed that they were. Police warned the woman to stay in her room and to not bother neighbors. Officers also planed to follow up with the woman’s counselor, although there was no criteria for an emergency detention.

Waukesha police were called to Kwik Trip at 1:15 p.m. Monday after a 4-year-old boy was found in the area by himself. He was quickly reunited with his mother, who was looking for him. The boy wanted candy and took off on his tricycle to get candy from the gas station.

Not what you want the children to see…or hear!

Two women and a man who were having a three-some received unwanted attention from police and the neighbors after it was reported they could be seen and heard because the windows and the blinds were open in the residence at 6:34 p.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of Glenwood Drive. Children were playing outside, which prompted the police call.

An intoxicated woman came to the door but refused to speak with police. She was cited for a loud noise violation.

When a Man Asks for Directions, Be Careful!

If the stereotype of men refusing to ask for directions is true, you might want to go the other way if a man asks for help finding a location.

A Waukesha woman told police a man had asked her for directions. While she was trying to help him, he exposed himself and started masturbating at 12:59 p.m. Tuesday in the 1200 block of West Sunset Drive. The man was described as being a white male with dark facial hair driving a light green Altima.

In other recent Waukesha Police Department calls:

  • A radio was stolen from a car parked overnight in the 200 block of Douglass Avenue. The incident was reported at 9:10 a.m. Monday, but the caller said her son chased two high school-aged boys that were going through her car Sunday night.
  • A car parked at Carroll University’s graduation ceremony had the words “liar” and “thief” keyed into the paint. The incident was reported at 10:58 a.m. Monday.
  • A theft of a light fixture was reported at 11:02 a.m. Monday in the 1100 block of South Grand Avenue.
  • A woman who had her medications switched told her probation agent she may have hit a little boy while she was driving but she wasn’t sure if he was real at 11:57 a.m. Monday. Police spoke with the woman, who told police it would be between six to eight weeks before the medications kicked in and that she would contact the proper people if she felt she was a danger to herself or the community.
  • A theft of a radio from an unlocked vehicle was reported at 3:55 p.m. Monday in the 900 block of North Hartwell Avenue.
  • Juveniles were reportedly fighting in the 200 block of Hinman Avenue at 7:17 p.m. Monday.
  • Two juveniles fighting over a game at 8:16 p.m. Monday in the 500 block of North East Avenue ended when police were called because the 7-year-old girl and her mother started physically fighting. The girl, who reportedly was kicking and screaming, was calm when police responded and police gave the family many options.
  • An intoxicated man was taken into custody after he was transported to Waukesha Memorial Hospital and police officers were requested to evaluate him for an emergency detention at 9:11 p.m. Monday. Waukesha police had contact with him after it was reported at 8:18 p.m. Monday that the man was drunk and had fallen out of a seat in the 100 block of North West Barstow Street. He was voluntarily transported to the hospital at that time, however, police noted he “was able to talk and explain his disgust for Waukesha police.
  • A theft of a utility trailer was reported at 1:38 p.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of Philip Drive.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 2:20 a.m. Wednesday at Summit Avenue and North University Drive.
  • A vehicle was hit with a baseball bat at 2:49 a.m. Wednesday in the 2800 block of Woodridge Court.
  • A theft of a laptop was reported at 8:20 a.m. Wednesday at Waukesha South High School.
