Sex Offender Charged With Molesting Young Girls
Suspect allegedly forced the girls to perform sexual acts while babysitting them between 2001 and 2004, according to criminal complaint.
A 23-year-old Waukesha man is facing charges after he was accused of molesting two young girls from 2001 to 2004, according to a criminal complaint.
Javier A. Lopez Jr. was charged in on Thursday with two counts of sexual assault of a child less than 13 years old. If convicted, he faces up to 120 years in prison.

On Nov. 25, one of the victims informed their mother that she and her sister had been molested from 2001 to 2004. The assaults began when the victims were 2 years old and 4 years old.
The victim told police Javier would force the girls to perform sexual acts with him when he would babysit, telling them they had to “make a baby” before the three of them could play house. He would also make them watch pornography while performing sexual acts with them.

Afterward Lopez, who is currently a convicted sex offender, would give the victims a bath and dress them in the same clothes their mother did prior to leaving in order to cover up the acts.
Lopez is currently being held in Waukesha County Jail on $25,000 cash bond.
