Stelmaszek was released from prison in September and was living with family in Waukesha when he began to add friends of his teenage niece on Facebook, which made her upset. She then found him in bed with one of the victims touching each other.

The teen found out the other victim had gone to a movie with Stelmaszek and performed sexual acts with the boy in the theater during the movie.

After being interviewed by police, Stelmaszek denied the sexual activity, but said the boy did have a crush on him. Β Β

The complaint states Stelmaszek has been in prison after he was showing pornography to teenagers at a party.
