Report: Waukesha Man Charged With Shooting at Deputies
Geoffrey A. Herling facing two felonies.
Geoffrey A. Herling, 51, of Waukesha, was charged in Dane County with two counts of attempted homicide after being shot by deputies at a hotel in the Town of Middleton, according to Madison.com
The website is reporting that Herling had .30 percent blood alcohol concentration at the time Herling is accused of first shooting at deputies.
