Report: Detectives from 2 Counties Left Suspect Alone Without Handcuffs

Sheboygan man faces charges after fleeing police station when being questioned about burglaries in Waukesha County.

A Sheboygan man faces multiple charges after escaping from law enforcement while being  left alone  – uncuffed – at a police station while being interviewed about burglaries in southeastern Wisconsin by detectives from Washington and , according to an article in the Sheboygan Press.

Randall L. Graham, 43, is charged in Sheboygan County with take and drive a vehicle without consent, escape, two counts of possession with intent to deliver narcotics and resisting or obstructing an officer.

Graham is accused of running from the room when detectives stepped out after he requested an attorney and stealing an orange Sheboygan County Highway Department pickup truck to escape from authorities. He was arrested by authorities Thursday night after a chase. Police ultimately had to use a Taser on Graham before taking him into custody, according to the newspaper article.
