Police Reports: Urination; Dead Flowers; High School Pranks

A man caught urinating near the Fox River was cited for disorderly conduct after police say his genitals were showing near the dam in Frame Park at 4:44 p.m. Tuesday.

The man was intoxicated, but officers had to mail the citation after being called away from the scene to respond to a call involving a suicidal person, according to the police call.

2 Hospitalized in Wednesday Morning Accident

A two-car accident at Arcadian Avenue and Highway 164 Wednesday morning left two people injured after the collision was reported at 5:46 a.m.

Pet Euthanized

A woman was upset when she learned her ex-fiancé had euthanized her pet cat without her knowledge, according to the Waukesha Police Department’s call log.

  • Two batteries were stolen from a dump truck at 7:53 a.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of East Main Street.
  • A summer school student was reportedly in possession of a folding knife and a lighter at 8:23 a.m. Tuesday at Waukesha North High School.
  • A 2-year-old boy was found wandering in the 200 block of Richards Street at 8:33 a.m. Tuesday. Police called intake services to assist with the boy and located his mother at 9:29 a.m.
  • A school bus with children in it and a car were involved in an accident at 8:46 a.m. Tuesday at Perkins and White Rock avenues. No injuries were received.
  • A person had $3 stolen from a vehicle at 12:09 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of East Newhall Avenue. No complaint was desired, but the person wanted the information on file.
  • Two people were arrested for disorderly conduct and one person was arrested on a warrant after a fight was reported at 4:01 p.m. Tuesday at East Park Avenue and North Barstow Street.
  • A woman reported a man pulled up in a vehicle and asked her to show her chest at 5:16 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of South Street. Police made contact with the man, who said she misheard him because he asked for directions for his trip.
  • A caller reported a suspicious person who had been in a parking lot for 30 minutes before going into a McDonald’s on Meadowbrook Road at 8:58 p.m. Tuesday. The man was gone upon police arrival, but McDonald’s employees said he was a regular customer and “a few marbles gone” but harmless.
  • People were reportedly being loud while cutting down a tree with a chainsaw at 9:09 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Barney Street.
  • A man was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 12:28 a.m. Wednesday in the 1600 block of Highway 164. The man original refused to get out of the vehicle.
  • A suspicious-looking man was reportedly swearing inside a store in the 100 block of East Broadway at 12:51 a.m. Wednesday. The man was gone upon police arrival.
  • Change was stolen from a vehicle before 6 a.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of South Hartwell Avenue.
  • Two batteries were stolen from a truck at 7:16 a.m. Wednesday in the 2800 block of North Grandview Boulevard.
  • A juvenile was cited for possession of tobacco at 10:11 a.m. Wednesday at Waukesha North High School.
  • An elderly couple in the 400 block of Kimberly Drive reported their flowers have recently not been doing the best even though they tended to flowers everyday. The couple believed juveniles were pouring hot water on the flowers. Police noted the flowers appeared to be OK and were shedding petals, which is typical. Police advised the couple to speak to their landlord at 5:16 p.m. Wednesday.
  • A woman expelled at UW-Waukesha  for “attempting to alter transcripts and other miscellaneous behavioral incidents such as exposing her breasts on campus” was angry that she couldn’t enroll at two other UW Campuses in the state at 5:36 p.m. Wednesday. When the woman was cited for trespassing at UW-Washington County, she made a comment about wanting to hurt the “woman at UW-Waukesha.” The threat did not rise to the level of criminal behavior and police attempted contact with the expelled student to warn her.
  • An unknown man fled the Waukesha Public Library at 6:09 p.m. Wednesday after attempting to steal books from the book sale.
  • A man reported at 11:54 p.m. Wednesday that he believed someone let his dog out of his vehicle while he was parked at Gold’s Gym and took the dog to Humane Animal Welfare Society.  The man did not have any suspects at the time.
  • A woman was arrested for a domestic abuse incident at 12:40 a.m. Thursday in the 100 block of Third Street.
  • Juveniles were reportedly dribbling basketballs and shinning flashlights into windows at 12:43 a.m. Thursday in the 100 block of Kilps Court West. The juveniles were gone upon police arrival.
  • A man was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 1:07 a.m. Thursday at East Main and Martin streets.
  •  A house was toilet papered and saran-wrapped as part of a high school prank that was described as “a little over the top” at 3:14 a.m. Thursday in the 500 block of Westminster Drive.
