Police Reports: Damaged Grave Flowers; Name Calling on City Bus

Waukesha Police Department calls from June 3 through June 7.

The following calls were reported this week to the Waukesha Police Department:

  • A narcotics violation was reported at 12:06 p.m. Monday at Butler Middle School.
  • A theft of $550 was reported at 12:09 p.m. Monday in the 1500 block of Summit Avenue.
  • The theft of flowers at a grave was reported at 1:04 p.m. Monday in Prairie Home Cemetery. Another flowerbed had flowers ripped up.
  • A theft of motor parts was reported at 1:27 p.m. Monday in the 1000 block of Silvernail Road.
  • Juveniles appeared to be trying to start a fire at 6:15 p.m. Monday in Cutler Park. They were gone upon police arrival.
  • Neighbors reported having problems with a 5-year-old boy dropping his pants at 7:54 p.m. Monday in the 300 block of Jackson Court. His mother said she was on the “bracelet.” She was advised of her son’s actions.
  • Two arrests were made after a domestic disturbance was reported at 11:44 p.m. Monday in the 1900 block of Madera Street.
  • A woman was arrested for resisting at 12:25 a.m. Tuesday after a suspicious person was reportedly sitting in a parking lot all night with a cat in the 1400 block of South West Avenue.
  • A theft of a hand-held video game system was reported at 8:39 a.m. Tuesday at Waukesha West High School.
  • A juvenile who took 15-20 pills of an unknown medication and was hallucinating at 11:05 a.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of Macarthur Court was taken to the hospital.
  • A catalytic converter was stolen from a service van at 11:16 a.m. Tuesday in the 2200 block of Silvernail Road.
  • A fraudulent $20 was reported at 12:25 p.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of East North Street.
  • A disorderly conduct incident was reported at 1:35 p.m. Tuesday at Waukesha South High School.
  • A person reportedly slapped a coffee out of another person’s hand at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of East Broadway.
  • A juvenile was taken into custody at 7:25 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Mccall Street after throwing the family dog.
    An arrest was made after dispatchers heard screaming on the phone, including a woman yelling “give me my child,” before the 911 call was disconnected at 9 p.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of East Main Street.
  • A possible domestic abuse victim who was heard yelling, “please don’t” denied screaming at 10:43 p.m. Tuesday in the 1900 block of Kensington Drive. She told an officer she was sick of police and her neighbor harassing her. Nothing suspicious was observed in her apartment.
  • A $1,300 bucket was stolen from a skid steer at 9:56 a.m. Wednesday in the 1200 block of Chapman Drive.
  • A truancy citation was given at 10:48 a.m. Wednesday at Waukesha South High School.
  • Two students were arrested for fight at school in the 1500 block of Paramount Drive at 11:26 a.m. Wednesday.
  • A bike was stolen during a burglary at 1:57 p.m. Wednesday in the 1900 block of Bonnie Lane.
  • A group of kids reportedly planned to fight at 3:02 p.m. Wednesday at Roberta Park. Three people were warned.
  • People were reportedly calling each other names on a Waukesha Metro bus at 3:29 p.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of East St. Paul Avenue. They were warned to avoid each other.
  • A theft of an iPhone was reported at 5:49 p.m. Thursday at Waukesha West High School.
  • A woman reported that her 12-year-old daughter was getting text message requests for a Thai massage at 6:04 p.m. Thursday. The woman feared it may be related to gang threats she received while living in another part of the U.S., but police believe the man had the wrong number.
  • Two arrests were made after it was reported people were looking into vehicles at 12:27 a.m. Friday in the 100 block of North East Street.
  • A theft of a PlayStation 3 was reported at 12:38 a.m. Friday in the 300 block of Jackson Court.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 1:55 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of Madison Street
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 2:25 a.m. Friday at South East Avenue and Sunset Drive.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving after a hit-and-run accident was reported at 4:10 a.m. Friday at Manhattan Drive and East Moreland Boulevard.
  • A person who brought a gun to an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting at Waukesha Memorial Hospital was arrested at 6:02 a.m. Friday.
