Police Reports: Blocking Gov. Walker's Guests; Destroyed Valentine's Day Card

A group of 25 people were reportedly blocking the way for guests coming to the Country Springs Hotel for an event with Gov. Scott Walker at 6:52 p.m. Friday.

When police responded, they left the building and exited to their cars.

The police call log did not say whether the people were protesters who have been upset with Walker and chanting against him during the last two years.

An angry ex caused a little havoc when she showed up to a Waukesha man’s house on Friday.

Police responded to the 2100 block of Yvonne Street at 10:06 p.m. Friday after a man reported he returned home from dinner with his new girlfriend to find a stuffed animal and Valentine’s Day card were vandalized.

The man did not want to press charges but wanted the woman warned by police.

  • A theft was reported at 9:36 a.m. Thursday at Waukesha West High School.
  • A juvenile was cited for disorderly conduct at 11:59 a.m. Thursday at Horning Middle School after it was reported he was screaming, swearing and being non-compliant.
  • A penis was reportedly drawn on a vehicle window at UW-Waukesha at 4:03 p.m. Thursday.
  • A woman reported that someone entered her residence, cut up her bathmat and stole her towels at 4:15 p.m. Thursday. When police responded, they found she had her stove burners on with an empty pot. She told the officer she was cooking. Police also noted the towels were not stolen and follow up is being done with the woman’s case worker.
  • A person was arrested on a warrant at 4:16 p.m. Thursday in the 400 block of Jackson Court.
  • A man in the 2300 block of Saratoga Road reportedly told residents of a home that he was at the residence on official FBI business and sat outside the home for 1-1/2 hours. Police were contacted at 6:06 p.m. Thursday.
  • Police were called to Walmart at 9:53 p.m. Thursday after one employee told another employee about her being involved in a “scandalous extra-marital affair.” A fight ensued when the wife arrived at the store.
  • A car caught on fire from an apparent mechanical issue at 11:07 p.m. Thursday in the 1200 block of Hickory Drive North.
  • Police spotted an individual vomiting outside a vehicle at 12:37 a.m. Friday at North Hartwell and Arcadian avenues. The person was a passenger in the vehicle, which was a taxi.
  • Two people were reportedly intoxicated because fast food workers had to wake them up to give them their food at 2:13 a.m. Friday in the 2400 block of North Grandview Boulevard.
  • A person was arrested on a warrant at 8:35 a.m. Friday in the 200 block of Mountain Avenue.
  • A juvenile was cited at 9:06 a.m. Friday at Waukesha North High School
  • A person was arrested during a traffic stop at 10:32 a.m. Friday at South Washington and Lawndale avenues.
  • A person was punched in the face at UW-Waukesha at 10:56 a.m. Friday.
  • A person was arrested on a warrant at 11:34 a.m. Friday in the 1200 block of The Strand.
  • A theft of a cell phone was reported at 2:42 p.m. Friday in the 1200 block of West Sunset Drive.
  • A male was reportedly punched by three males at 3:29 p.m. Friday while running for sports at Waukesha North High School.
  • A person, who was wanted for retail theft, was arrested at 5:38 pm. Friday in the 1400 block of Oakdale Drive after fleeing from police.
  • A person was arrested after a domestic disturbance was reported at 8:18 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of Douglass Avenue.
  • A person reported receiving mail for her mother-in-law that smelled like marijuana at 9:37 p.m. Friday in the 1700 block of East Racine Avenue.
  • A person was arrested on a warrant at 11:51 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of Friedman Drive.
  • Two laptops and a video game system were reportedly stolen during a burglary at 1:09 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Jackson. The victim needed to call police back and provide serial numbers for the missing items.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 1:47 a.m. Saturday at North West Barstow Street and Buena Vista Avenue.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 2:24 a.m. Saturday at Oakland Avenue and East Main Street.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 2:35 a.m. Saturday at White Rock and Perkins avenues.
  • A person was arrested on a warrant during a traffic stop at 6:31 a.m. Saturday in the 2300 block of North Grandview Boulevard.
  • A theft was reported at 8:02 a.m. Saturday in the 1800 block of South Grand Avenue.
  • An arrest was made after a domestic disturbance was reported at 10:23 a.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of Oakdale Drive.
  • A man was arrested after a domestic disturbance was reported at 2:51 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of North Moreland Boulevard.
  • An arrest was made after it was reported there were two unconscious people at a gas station at 3:01 p.m. Saturday in the 1600 block of East Main Street.
  • A domestic disturbance was reported at 6:42 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Cambridge Avenue.
  • A person was arrested after a domestic disturbance was reported at 8:38 p.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of South Prairie Avenue.
  • A baggie of marijuana was found in the 100 block of Cambridge Avenue at 8:49 p.m. Saturday.
  • It was reported that a person with a history of selling cocaine in his butt was dealing drugs at 9:59 p.m. Saturday at Sentinel Drive and Madera Street. The suspect vehicle was gone upon officer arrival.
  • A person was cited for underage drinking after she was found extremely incoherent at 12:04 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of South James Street.
  • A person was arrested at 12:31 a.m. Sunday on a warrant in the 2000 block of Madera Street.
  • A man, who was upset that he was kicked out of Silk in Milwaukee for exposing himself, called Waukesha police non-emergency to say “I can do whatever the (expletive) I want.” The Milwaukee Police Department was contacted at 1:58 a.m. Sunday.
  • A person was cited for loud noise at 2:19 a.m. Sunday in the 2700 block of North University Drive.
  • A person was arrested on a warrant at 9:37 a.m. Sunday in the 300 block of Maple Avenue.
  • A person who called 911 could be heard saying, “don’t forget to take your lotion and your beer and you owe me $3 for cigs” at 4:32 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of South Street.
  • A person was cited for loud noise at 6:39 p.m. Sunday in the 2700 block of North University Drive.
  • A suspicious vehicle was reported at 8:39 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of Cutler Street. The individual involved was just watching passing trains.
  • A coat was stolen at 1:08 a.m. Monday in the 300 block of West Sunset Drive.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 1:08 a.m. Monday at Lincoln Avenue and Highway 164.
  • Two people were arrested at 2:05 a.m. Monday during a traffic stop in the 100 block of Madison Court. The vehicle did not immediately stop and the driver was argumentative.
