Police Report: Wrestling in Mud; BB Gun Shooting

Waukesha Police Department calls from June 20 and June 21.

The following calls were reported to the Waukesha Police Department:

  • A man was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after it was reported at 7:04 a.m. Monday in the 500 block of East Main Street that the man was intoxicated and about to leave the driveway.
  • An attempted burglary to a garage at 12:12 p.m. Monday in the 1200 block of Chippewa Drive.
  • Police spoke with a group of 20 children about playing well with others and bullying on the playground at 1:08 p.m. Monday in the 2100 block of Butler Drive. The children were told if there was bullying on the playground, they would be sent home to their parents.
  • A vehicle hit a tree at 2:49 p.m. Monday at South East Avenue and East Sunset Drive.
  • Two men were reportedly shooting bb guns at bottles and cans at 3:34 p.m.Β  Monday in the 100 block of Cambridge Avenue.
  • A motorcycle vs. car accident was reported at 5:13 p.m. Monday at White Rock Avenue and East Moreland Boulevard.
  • Two arrests were made at 7:08 p.m. Monday after a man reportedly was punched in the face in the 400 block of Madison Street.
  • A man whose behavior had scared a parent at a park in the 2000 block of Saratoga Road told police he didn’t mean to scare anyone at 7:48 p.m. Monday.
  • A man was injured and had blood coming from his eyes at 8:26 p.m. Monday at Fox River Parkway and West Sunset Drive.
  • A person was arrested at 9:28 p.m. Monday after a burglary was reported in the 500 block of North Hartwell Avenue.
  • A house was shot by a bb gun at 11:30 p.m. Monday in the 400 block of Fairview Avenue.
  • A woman was arrested after a man reported his girlfriend kicked him in the groin and smacked him in the face at 11:53 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of South Grand Avenue.
  • A person was arrested at 12:41 a.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of West Newhall Avenue for bail jumping after it was reported that neighbors were fighting. An intoxicated man who was covered in mud and was in his underwear told police he was wrestling with his friends.
  • A person was reportedly shooting an airsoft gun at people at 1:05 a.m. Tuesday at Summit Avenue and Sylvan Terrace.
  • A person was arrested after reportedly hiding from police at 2:50 a.m. Tuesday near the Five Points in downtown Waukesha.
  • Vehicles were reportedly entered overnight in the 100 block of Coolidge Avenue. The incident was reported at 6:27 a.m. Tuesday.
