Police Report: Thefts of Diamond Earrings, Water Heaters

Waukesha Police Department calls from Feb. 22 to Feb. 24.

The following calls were made to the

  • The theft of water heaters from a rental property was reported at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of East Broadway.
  • A store was burglarized overnight and reported at 9:19 a.m. Tuesday in the 2100 block of Silvernail Road.
  • A fight was reported at 10:01 a.m. Tuesday at Waukesha South High School.
  • A man was reported to threaten a woman for parking near his driveway at 10:33 a.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of Pleasant Street. The man reportedly said he would throw his shovel through her windshield.
  • A disorderly conduct incident was reported  at 10:46 a.m. Tuesday at Waukesha West High School.
  • A person was arrested for possession after it was reported the person was in the vehicle all morning at 11:20 a.m. Tuesday in the 1300 block of South Grand Avenue.
  • An infant was possible injured in a car crash at 3:11 p.m. Tuesday at Wright Street and North East Avenue.
  • A woman reported being upset with a man who was plowing a neighbor’s driveway at 3:51 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of Spring Street. The woman was upset that the plow packed down her snow.
  • Children were reported to be locked out of the house for almost two hours at 5:17 p.m. Tuesday in the 2700 block of Albany Court.  The children’s uncle was home but did not hear the children knocking.
  • A person was reported being disorderly while being evicted at 8:53 p.m. Tuesday in the 2600 block of North University Drive.
  • A person reported at 10:36 p.m. Tuesday being concerned for the neighbor’s safety because the neighbor’s dog was barking all day in the 1700 block of Howlett Drive.  Police determined the neighbor was out of town.
  • A woman reported at 11:16 p.m. Tuesday her boyfriend threatened her with a weapon a few days ago in Delafield. Waukesha police do not have jurisdiction in the incident and advised to the woman to contact the Delafield Police Department or the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 2:18 a.m. Wednesday at East Laflin Avenue and South Charles Street.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 2:44 a.m. Wednesday at West Main and North Barstow streets.
  • A person was arrested on a warrant at 8:15 a.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of Estberg Avenue.
  • A disorderly conduct incident was reported at Waukesha West High School at 8:29 a.m. Wednesday.
  • A person was arrested on a warrant at 10:28 a.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of East Broadway.
  • The theft of cash was reported at 11:20 a.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of Greenwood Avenue.
  • A man reported he believed his former girlfriend stole his diamond earrings at 12:58 p.m. Wednesday in the 2400 block of Parklawn Drive.
  • A person was arrested for prescription fraud at 3:18 p.m. Wednesday in the 700 block of West Bluemound Road.
  • A person was arrested for retail theft at 5:35 p.m. Wednesday in the 1100 block of West Sunset Drive.
  • A person was arrested after it was reported a child was slumped over in a car at 6:02 p.m. Wednesday at Baird Street and South West Avenue. The child ended up being awake.
  • A person was arrested after it was reported there was a man who was not wearing any shoes outside and not making any sense at 7:24 p.m. Wednesday in the 700 block of North Grand Avenue.
  • A person was arrested at 1:01 a.m. Thursday on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at Perkins Avenue and East Main Street.
  • A person was arrested at 1:09 a.m. Thursday after a 9-1-1 hang up call was made to dispatch.
